Functional carbon dots for ENhancing tomato production In a Circular Economy scheme
Abstract

FENICE consortium is highly multidisciplinary and well balanced, with participation of internationally leading groups in synthesis of conjugated materials, organic bioelectronics and sensing devices for agriculture. The project will provide an appropriate training of young researchers to promote and enhance the nanotechnology in agriculture and increase knowledge and complementary skills in circular agronomy. FENICE through its communication and dissemination plan will effectively promote the project activities and communicate its outcomes to multiple audience. Overall, FENICE represents a very first effort towards the integration of innovative, safe-by-design nanomaterials, gene-less and fertilizers-free approaches to modulate plant yields and water/soil consumption, and breakthrough devices for sustainable precision farming.
